Maharashtra State Education Minister, Varsha Gaikwad after consultation with state chief minister, Uddhav Thackeray has announced the postponement of Maharashtra Board HSC and SSC exams to May and June respectively.
In a video message, Education Minister said, "Covid-19 cases have been on the rise for the past few days. There has been stress about preparing for the exams and the pandemic affecting the health of the stakeholders. The safety of the stakeholders is our utmost priority and hence have decided to postpone the board exams. The SSC exam is likely to be conducted in June and the HSC exams could be scheduled at the end of May so that a student's higher education is not impacted."

Revise the syllabus
The students are advised to go back to their Textbook and revised all chapters. Spend more time on important and major topics post which you can explore other concepts in the syllabus. Read your handwritten short notes on important formulae, questions, and concepts. Combine bulky topics with light topics in a day, to avoid mental burnout!
Prepare important notes
Your handwritten short notes can save you a lot of time. If you haven't yet prepared the short notes then First, understand the concept and then write in your own words so that it's easier for you to revise at the last minute.
Spend this time revising your most important and difficult topics to refresh your memory. Make note of your doubts and clarify them before moving on to the next chapter.
Add relaxation to your study timetable
While you prepare a timetable for the board exam, make sure you keep a few hours for relaxation. Studying without a break can take a toll on your mental health. Do some form of exercise or yoga, listen to music, play indoor games with your friends.
Craft Your Exam Solving Strategy
Previous Year Question papers can help you to identify your strong & weak subjects. Use this time to craft your exam solving strategy. Decide which questions you will solve first.
If you are a class 12 student & appearing in MHT-CET Exam then solve MHT-CET mock tests during this time which will give you an idea of what to expect and what to focus on. Measure key parameters like your accuracy, solving speed, etc. Try to get achieve maximum accuracy & minimum solving time.
